Food Safety Supervision
On the morning of 28th September, Wang Zhaochun, member of the Municipal Party Group and Vice Mayor of Anqing Municipal Government, came to our school canteen to carry out food safety supervision. Meanwhile, Jiao Ling, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Market Supervision Bureau in Anqing City, participated in the supervision, who was accompanied by Anqing Foreign Language School’s President Madam Huang Wenli and the school leadership.
First and foremost, the inspection team inspected the on-site work of the hygiene and kitchen staff inside and outside the canteen. In addition, the inspection team had a detailed understanding of the school's food quality, meal standards and student dining conditions, meticulously checking the dishes of the day, and making important instructions: Special attention should be paid to food insulation and food safety.
On the whole, this supervision has further improved the awareness of food hygiene and safety management of Anqing Foreign Language School. Moreover, Anqing Foreign Language School will continue to do a good job of food safety, strictly implement the food safety management system, effectively protect the food safety of teachers and students, and carefully protect the health of teachers and students.
